Planning a corporate party for a leading IT company isn’t easy — this was a young team that had “seen it all.” The challenge: create a night that surprised even the most hard-to-impress tech crowd, encouraged bonding, and left them with memories to last. We chose The Ice Tank — a sleek, multipurpose London studio that offered the perfect blank canvas. Modern, versatile, and nothing like a hotel ballroom, it set the stage for a fresh, unconventional corporate celebration.

Instead of the usual dinner-and-drinks, we built the night around interactive food and drink workshops. Guests kicked off with a cocktail-and-mocktail masterclass, learning how to shake, stir, and mix like pros. Then came the highlight: a sushi masterclass with Atsuko, London’s renowned sushi guru, where teams rolled, laughed, and shared their own creations — equal parts delicious and entertaining.

We were told: “This crowd won’t dance.” By the end of the night? The dance floor was packed. Cocktails, sushi, and just the right playlist transformed even the most reserved specialists into late-night partygoers. Proof that with the right mix of space, energy, and surprise, even IT pros can’t resist.
