Wedding of Ruana and Baur

Ruana and Baur briefed us to organise their special day, blending contemporary wedding trends with some of the ancient traditions of the Kazakh wedding.

Solution:

The wedding ceremony and celebration took place at the fabulous Corinthia Hotel, famous for its exquisite design and style.

To emphasise the traditions important for the couple, guests and family we built a bespoke wedding shanyrak for the wedding ceremony, the symbol of the Kazakh yurt and inner space of the Kazakhs.
We chose bright and opulent autumn colours mixed with ripe and colourful fruit in décor, enhanced with flower arrangements, that graced the ceremony area, photo zone and table settings.

When the guests were invited to the Ballroom for dinner, they were welcomed by spectacular and breathtaking aerial acts.

The program of the evening included a same-day love story video made by an award-winning team of videographers in the morning and edited during the day, a surprise music video from the couple's friends, a special guitar performance of "Wonderful Tonight" (Eric Clapton) by the bride's sister as a theme for the couple's first dance, live band performance with international hits followed by DJ.
