For her 9th birthday party, Sara wanted to have a Pokemon-themed fun day for her family and friends. We've discussed with her what she loves the most about the Pokemon world and ensured to incorporate all her favourite elements into the party.
Solution:
We started by dressing up the room with a large bespoke photozone, that included personalised backdrops, Pokemon cutouts, massive balloon garlands and LED number 9, so no one forgets the occasion that brought us all together. We've also had a mini-dessert display with a tree-tier cake as the focal piece in the photozone.
The rest of the room was dressed with clusters of underselling orbz and giant balloons with golden tassel tails, luxury balloon bunches, and themed decor and tableware on the children's table. We added matching red and yellow chair covers and table linen to style the hotel furniture look. Last but not least was the ambience mood lighting and colourful disco lights, operated by the DJ.
The guests were greeted by our funky entertainer and Pikachu mascot. They hosted a few quick games and a mini-disco before the guests tried a few different virtual adventures in our VR corner. Next in the programme was the magic show, followed by the themed Pokemon Go quest around the room. Children had to complete various creative and physical challenges to catch all the pokemons and complete the training. For the grand finale, we had our gold paper disco ready.
