GLAMOROUS BIRTHDAY PARTY

For the double 45th birthday, our clients wanted to have an intimate and casual yet fun and memorable evening. We found the perfect venue and secured a few surprise elements to create a perfect celebration for both of them.

As any good trip starts with the destination, our perfect birthday party planning started with finding a perfect venue. Luxury yet casual, chic yet sophisticated, we looked for a new place on the map that has the intimacy of a member's club and offers impeccable service. Nolita Social at Bvlgari Hotel London combined all the criteria we had.

To set the mood, we add some flower arrangements and candles to all tables and bar, and set a small photozone at the back of the room with a bright neon sign, silver metallic balloons, and massive floral piece to stand out. An elegant cake was placed there on a ghost plinth, reminding the reason for the gathering.

Smooth jazz melodies and improvisations opened the evening. This part was followed by a welcome from our party host and speeches from their dearest friends. Then, guests proceeded to dance, furled by our host - dance lead, showing them some moves and swirling ladies in samba and bachata.

The room was buzzing for the main event of the night: a surprise set from Sophie Ellis-Bextor. She performed her most famous pieces, as well as a few songs of our jubilant's choice. To finish the show, she invited our couple to the stage to sing Happy birthday for them with all the guests in the room joining in. From then on, guests stayed on the dance floor, fuelled by the great setlist from the DJ.
