Recently, we travelled to Miami and Palm Beach to urgently source and curate venue options for a last-minute client event.
The brief was clear: an elevated soirée—a dinner experience for a businesswoman’s community and local guests — with strong visual identity, privacy and an atmosphere that felt both aspirational and welcoming.
We explored both destinations in detail before making the final decision—and while Palm Beach offered undeniable charm, Miami ultimately best fit the brief for this particular event.

The Colony Hotel Palm Beach
The Colony Hotel is an iconic Palm Beach landmark, instantly recognizable by its signature pink façade and playful retro-tropical aesthetic. It truly feels like a love letter to the playful glamour of old Palm Beach. Since 1947, it has welcomed everyone from royalty to free spirits—think of Lilly Pulitzer’s barefoot days to today’s chicest gatherings. Beautifully restored by the Wetenhalls and Kemble Interiors, every detail celebrates its rich heritage. This space naturally shaped our concept, combining playful elegance with soft peach tones, tropical greenery, rattan, and layered textures for a light, joyful Palm Beach feel.
Palm House Hotel
From the creators of the iconic Cliveden House, Palm House Palm Beach is a beautifully newly opened property with a distinct soft pink aesthetic that feels fresh, elegant, and incredibly photogenic. After nearly two decades, this gem was revitalized by the UK’s L+R group, weaving in a charming Mediterranean flair. This is Palm Beach reborn with a fresh, bold coral-pink glamour. It immediately sparked ideas for a future concept rooted in femininity, warmth, and a soft tropical sensibility.

Shelborne South Beach
A true icon, beautifully brought back to life. This Art Deco gem smoothly blends its classic 1940s style with today's luxury. Known for its vibrant past, where famous crowds gathered by its legendary pool, the Shelborne now offers a refined setting for your special events. Every detail, from its striking architecture to its bright, airy spaces, promises an atmosphere of timeless South Beach glamour and polished seaside elegance. This setting inspires a softer concept rooted in Miami’s sun-drenched heritage, expressed through warm blush and coral tones with a subtle feminine touch.
Donatella Boutique Hotel
The Donatella Boutique Hotel is a true gem on Collins Avenue—often called the exclusive “little sister” to the famous Versace Mansion. Sharing the same owners and design DNA, it offers a more private yet equally luxurious take on Italian elegance.
Set in a beautifully restored Mediterranean Revival building, the hotel blends 1920s charm with fresh, modern Italian style. Every corner reflects a distinct sense of style, where Italian flair naturally blends with the energy of Miami Beach. The hotel also serves Southern Italian cuisine, adding another layer to the overall experience. This intimate atmosphere naturally translates into a concept defined by beige tonal palettes, warm neutrals, and refined Mediterranean textures.

Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove
Inspired by the classic elegance of the Italian Riviera, Mr. C Coconut Grove is a creation of the legendary Cipriani family.
We hosted an event here, in the intimate Il Giardino garden restaurant—an open-air space that felt like a hidden Mediterranean oasis in the heart of Coconut Grove. It turned out to be the perfect match.
The setting allowed us to design a soft coastal direction for the décor, leaning into calming blues and greens that reflected the water, light, and surrounding landscape—the result was elegant, modern, and intentionally understated, allowing the community experience to take center stage.
