Disco Bar Mitzvah

Bar mitzvah is always a very special celebration for the boy and his family, and we worked with Jonathan's parents to ensure their party is memorable and stress-free.

Solution:

With a mix of ages among the guests usually attending any bar mitzvah, zoning a space is a perfect solution. At the entrance, everyone walked through a personalised photozone with backdrops and balloons and with a photo booth. They could make a few memorable pictures with funky accessories. Next, there was a game zone: younger children loved playing the arcade games, like air hockey and strike a light, while teenagers and adults gathered at the casino tables for a game of roulette or poker.

In the middle of the room, we build a massive LED dance floor with a DJ booth next to it. For Jonathan's entrance, two dancers walked him to the center of the room and everyone joined in for traditional Israeli dancing. The dancers helped to show the moves and arrange the crowd to ensure all the guests were happy and engaged.

Then, the dinner started. We arranged two separate buffets for children and adults, allowing for smoother service. The speeches made the formal part of the evening, followed by a creative film about Jonathan and heartfelt toasts from his family and friends. The dancers returned to the dance floor to show the party some moves, and the guests were dancing until late.
